At Goldbergh, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your luxury sportswear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Goldbergh security seal is intact and the completed return form is included inside the box.
Ship the Items
Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
